CKL Engineers, LLC is providing preliminary, design and construction documents at the 30%-60%-90% design stage for Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), phasing design plans, and existing conditions plans. Additionally, CKL is performing constructibility reviews and providing opinions of cost to support the overall project development and ensure its feasibility and budget alignment.

CKL supports O'Hare 21 with updated exhibits for each phase of work.

CKL was responsible for inspecting existing pavement for both the airside and landside of Midway International Airport. The airside of Midway consisted of the inspection of the two runways R4R and R13C, taxiways, and the aprons. On the runways, the team inspected the asphalt pavement conditions and identified the different types, lengths, intensities, and locations of each distress along the entire runway.

CKL provided construction inspection services for the rehabilitation of Lewis University Airport runways.

CKL supported HNTB in various project management and documentation tasks, including assisting with the preparation of bulletin and field order changes, logging and reviewing shop drawings, and managing contractor requests for information (RFIs).

CKL supported the project with Erosion and Sedimentation Inspection, and ensured contractor adherence to SWPPP measures.

CKL provided pavement inspection, utility coordination, and field documentation services.
