Red and Purple Modernization (RPM) Phase One
CKL Engineers provided civil engineering and construction inspection services to support the Red and Purple Modernization (RPM) Phase One project, an initiative to overhaul Chicago's North Side Main Line and provide faster and more consistent service on three of the CTA's busiest lines - the Red, Purple, and Brown Lines. When completed in 2025, Phase One of the RPM project is set to significantly enhance the transit experience for Chicagoans, providing faster, more reliable service citywide while accommodating future transit-oriented development across Chicago's North Side.
95th/Dan Ryan Station & Terminal Improvements
CKL Engineers provided construction inspection and management services for the 95th/Dan Ryan Station & Terminal Improvements project, ensuring that it remained efficient. The new terminal serves as a key transportation hub for the disadvantaged communities of the Far South Side, serving thousands of daily bus and train riders in nearby neighborhoods and southern suburbs alike, including the neighborhood where our firm was first born.
